TMS320F28P659DK-Q1: How to enable Function profiler using XDS 200 debug Probe

We are also looking [Interrupts, scheduler tasks, Resource usage]

We have selected 4-pin standard as the SWD option & Connection verified.  But we are not able to add/view the Interrupt/Function profiler.

CCS prompts for UIA configuration. but showing an error. i have attached the image below .

please response ASAP
