TMS320F280039: PWM output output a pulse intermittently while phase shift=1

Hi team,

Found a issue in test, using Digitalpower sdk version 5.01, if I set phase shift to 1, the PWM output will output a pulse intermittently, and this phenomenon will not occur when set to 0, please help to see why this happens, thank you!
