I am a functional safety engineer at the company, The Sirius Lab. Now our team is at the stage of choosing an MCU and our developers liked several of your products.
The first product was TMS320F2837xS and I found in the Functional Safety Manual for TMS320F2837xD, TMS320F2837xS and TMS320F2807x a Self-Test Library for it. And on the product page available for download (I like everything here).
The second product was TMS320F2838xD and in its Functional Safety Manual for TMS320F2838x Real-Time Microcontrollers I found a mention of the Self-Test-Library but on the page of the MCU itself, I do not see it available for download. Are the SDL (Software Diagnostic Library) and the CLA_STI (Control Law Accelerator Self-Test Library) for the TMS320F2838xD series available for download ?
