TMS320F280049C: can not readback TCA

Hi,

I want to test the two-wire star connection of multiple chips through this chip, but after configuring it as mscan, the TCA cannot be read back through the CRSCAN of CIDA instruction. May I ask if the TCA value was not assigned to the film? Or am I operation is wrong?

I'm not familiar with these terms. Is your question related to a specific device peripheral? If so, which one?

Hi,

These terms are not related to devices, but are in the 1149.7 protocol and are related to cjtag.

Hi Gavin,

We use the XDS 100v3, which are support Mscan mode.

Where are you seeing this documented? I have not been able to find anything saying that the XDS100v3 should be able to support cJTAG connections to multiple devices.
