I'm using TMS320F28335. I have some problems with setting the deadtime of the ePWM module. From the ePWM module referrence guide, 4 us dead time will be got when the dead time value is 400 with TBCLK = SYSTEMCLkOUT. The PWM period is 100us. But I didn't see 4us dead time in the rising edge or the falling edge. I used a digital ocsillograph to watch the waveform of the ePWM pins. I had to increase the dead time value to get enough dead time. But the value is much different with that gived in the reference guide.
Did I do some wrong or miss something when setting the ePWM module?
