I have no clue. What inductors are you referring to? its standard practice to utilize the component designators. If you're referring to L2,L4,L5, those look to be chokes.

To the best of my knowledge this design doesn't use a power transformer, so I do not understand why you would expect the current to have changed in magnitude. pleases note that the input current is listed as 4A RMS, the peak current will be higher.

What current transformer are you referring to? It looks like the design may use a hall sensor.
