It had past been stated TI forum engineers did not review customer schematics, when the change in policy? BTW: There is a PDF recommended PCB design considerations for various MCU classes, seemingly C2000 has one too.

In general, please email the C2000 schematics review list (c2000_schreview@list.ti.com) for schematics reviews as the request goes directly to the right place and since this is an open forum any schematics attached here will be open as well. Due to the holidays, I helped to support as well.

Yes, there is also the Hardware Design guide available as another resource.
