TMS320F28388D: Custom board with GUI composer- cannot connect

Without using GUI composer, can you try to use the target configurations file (ccxml) to connect with the device by itself? If there are no errors, try to launch the selected target configuration and see what shows up in the console. Make sure the connection is secure and the board is properly powered (you can use a multimeter on the JTAG pins to confirm the voltages are at the right levels).

I think it is not work for windows 11.

I try with windows 10 and it worked

To verify what is causing this issue, please use the default CCS and try connecting via the target configurations file by itself; if the same CCS version on both operating systems has this same result, then let me know so I can forward this to the CCS experts.

How I use the deafults CCS?

Import an example from C2000Ware or other project example, try to connect to the board using the target configurations file without using GUI composer. Essentially, don't use GUI composer and see if you still have an issue.
