Hi. I'm encountering an issue while using the TMS320F28377D processor. I'm not receiving the clock output despite using an external oscillator of 20MHz. I'm using CCS 10 and XDS100V2 Emulator. When I run the program, it shows an error message - "device is operating in low power mode." I've monitored the voltage levels and found them to be satisfactory. I've included the ti-c2000 sysctrl.c file without any modifications. The configuration is set as follows: XTAL_OSC, IMULT_20, FMULT_0, PLLCLK_BY_2. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
