I'll mention there is resolver.h source file in a newer design you can also reference, TIDM-02014 located in MCSDK below:

C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_5_01_00_00\solutions\tidm_02014_traction_inverter\common\include
