TMS320F2800137: Required to pull low GPIO24 for the first-time programming

Part Number: TMS320F2800137
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Dear Champs,

I am asking this for our customer.

The user found in the production line that they need to pull-low GPIO24 manually (WAIT boot) for the first-time programming on a new F2800137 or a full-flash-erased F2800137.

The user also uses F28025, but this GPIO24 pull-low step is not needed on F28025 in their production line.

If they don't pull low GPIO24 manually for the first-time programming on a new F2800137 or a full-erased F2800137, they got error message below using Uniflash 8.5 and XDS110.

Besides, after they pull-low GPIO24 for the first-time programming, then they don't need to pull-low GPIO24 again for the following programming on a same device.

This troubles their production line a lot.

Would you please help clarify this?
