What parameter to set motor acceleration beside motorVars_M1.accelerationMax_Hzps and motorVars_M1.accelerationStart_Hzps since these 2 parameters are for TRAJ only right ?
Or manually change PI value ?

Assuming that your project is running successfully, the motor speed adheres very closely to the slewed speed reference, which is defined by speedRef_Hz and the acceleration parameters you listed. Adjusting the value of accelerationMax_Hzps will allow you to adjust the acceleration during normal operation, while adjusting accelerationStart_Hzps will allow you to adjust acceleration during system startup.
