Hello,

I have a question about X-BARs.
Each X-BAR has a delay of approximately 2 to 3 cycles asynchronously, as described in the following E2E.

Is there any mention of this delay in the F28P65x datasheet?

    However, it seems that the answer I'm looking for is different.

    Nima Eskandari-san replied:
    "Each XBAR is async and has an approximate 2-3 cycle delay. Since you are going through 2 XBARs, around 40-50ns delay is about correct."

    I would like to know if the datasheet mentions Input X-BAR and Output X-BAR delays, not ePWM delays.

    To clarify you want to know the delay time of the following path:

    GPIO Input -> Input X-BAR -> Output X-BAR -> GPIO Output

    Or do you want to know the delay time from Input-XBAR to internal signals within the device(for example ECAP Input) as well as the delay time from internal signals to Output X-BAR to GPIO? The delay times will be different depending on the signal path specified.

    It is unlikely I will be able to retrieve this information from the design team for all Input XBAR and Output XBAR signal paths. Is there a specific signal path you would like to know the delay time for? I will see if a worst case delay for all Input XBAR and Output XBAR destinations would be feasible for the design team to measure so we can include this in a later revision of the datasheet.
