TMS320F28379D: How to implement PLL in TMS320F28379D

So I want Phase difference between two Sine waves.

While searching for different methods to do so.

I came across PLL(Phase Locked Loop), that it can find Phase Difference Between two Sine waves and can make them in phase.

But I am unable to Find something related about it reference module and anywhere else.

can anyone please help me to find some source to tell how can I implement PLL in 28379D

If reference example it will great.
