TMS320F28335: It became impossible to connect my debug probe

Part Number: TMS320F28335
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Hello,

I am having trouble my XDX200 Debug Probe.

I have both XDS220 ISO from spectrum digital, and XSD200 fril Blackhawk. They were both working before, and now I tried with both of them and none is working.

Before, I was able to connect my probe, either with uniflash or code composer.

I didn't change anything, my F28335 is powered with 15V, not limited in current.

When  am pressing debug in code composer, I have this issue : Texas Instruments XDS2xx USB Debug Probe_0/C28xx : Target must be connected before loading program.

And when I am pressing load image in uniflash, I have this message :

Error connecting to the target: (Error -1155 @ 0x0) Device may be operating in low-power mode. The debugger has forced the device to wake up. Choose 'OK' to attempt to complete the debug connection. (Emulation package 9.11.0.00128)

Of course, I am not running both code composer and Uniflash at the same time. I tried to reboot my computer, change the USB port...

Thank you

Mattéo
