TMS320F280039C: Regarding TMS320F280034 running from flash, the program can run normally after programing, but cannot run after power off.

Hi，

 When using the examples procedure of TIDA-010062，TMS320F280039C can run in debug or flash mode after emulator programing. But after the auxiliary power off, then power on again, the program is not running. Every time i power on again, i need to be reprogramming with emulator. 

This is the memory allocation when using flash to program, it seems running in flash mode? And i'm sure the boot mode is flash mode (GPIO32 and GPIO24 are pulled up by 3.3V).

The following is the procedure i use.
