Which board are you using? The Boostxldrv8305 doesn't support such high current. Make sure that the current sensing signals are in the ADC sampling arrange on the board.

Yes. You can increase dc-bus voltage to see what happens. And also increase the maximum current in user.h.

Check the output, min&max of the speed PI controller if the maximum current is enough. Any current waveform to show this issue? Any load you added on the motor?

The output of PI controller has reached the maximum, 1. Why is gMotorVars.Vs only 0.28, but not 0.5? 2. When USER_MAX_VS_MAG_PU 0.55, the phase current will suddenly change. Why?   3，Run with no load at present.

Looks the current  waveform is very bad even in normal running.

Did you run the lab02c to identify the motor correctly?

Do you set the right hardware parameters in user.h according to the board? And configure the DRV8305 correctly to match the settings?
