The F28003x device memory map can be found in the TMS320F28003x Real-Time Microcontrollers datasheet (Rev. C) in section 7.3.1 Memory Map on page 197.

First of all,Thank you for your responce.However that is one more question.

It feels like the address is not all on the map. For example, from 0x0000 0800 to 0x0000 0CFF and from 0x0000 1000 to 0x0000 7FFF. Whose mapping address is this part, and why not write it in the map?I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

There are different section in memory map. The table you are referring is for memory map and the address you have mentioned are of peripheral spec which are mentioned in "Table 7-4. Peripheral Registers Memory Map". Address space 0x0000 0800 to 0x0000 0CFF is not for application use case hence not mentioned here.
