TMS320F28388D: part number configuration, AEC Q100

Part Number: TMS320F28388D

I need to verify the part number configuration for the particular F28388DPTP I'm interested in.

I need the AEC Q100 qual option, (-Q1). Per the datasheet, part number should be: F28388DPTP-Q1.

However, this is not a valid part number according to Digikey / Arrow / Mouser.

Please advise.

Not every part number/package configuration is available with Q temp rating. Page 341 of the datasheet (www.ti.com/lit/SPRSP14) shows you the orderable part numbers. For example, I searched for F28386DPTPQ and was able to find it in the Digikey website.

Thanks Hareesh. On Digikey, the F28388DPDPSSR is denoted as Q-100 which threw me off. I think it's an error. I appreciate the reply
