What is the cause of such an error in the CMD file and how can it be solved?

You may have 2 linker cmd files used in the project. Please check

If you are not using TIRTOS, remove the _BIOS.cmd file. This contains the addresses of peripheral registers.

For allocating application sections, use either 28035_RAM_CLAmath.cmd or F28035.cmd. You can update the section allocation as per your application need
