We have recently purchased the LAUNCHXL-F280025C launchpad and DRV8323RS motor driver to test out the sensored-FOC mode with Hall sensors. We followed the Universal Motor Control Lab Guide and set up both the launchpad and the driver accordingly. When we tried running DMC_LEVEL_1, there were several faults: moduleOverCurrent, currentOffset, and voltageOffset.
The only change that we made to the driver was populating C9, C10, and C11 with 0.1 uF capacitors, instead of 33nF capacitors; we recalculated the voltage filter pole accordingly (new value: 338.3569211f).
Also, we tried setting current offset values (offset_I_ad) to 1.0f as it seemed to have helped some users resolve the moduleOverCurrent issue (link); however, that didn't change actual values and they remained the default. However, the bus voltage reading from ADC was correct (it was verified with a multimeter).
Additionally, SW2 is set to (1:1) to set GPIO28/29 as BP Headers, and GPIO16/17 as XDS110 COM Port.
We are seeking your advice on resolving this issue as it is slowing down the development process.
