You can refer to the example 28003x_vcrc_crc_16 in C2000Ware.

CRC16 X25 requires the inputs to be reflected (use CRC_run16BitPoly2Reflected(), which corresponds to the required polynomial 0x1021 and reflects the inputs before feeding them into the CRC compute), the output to be reflected, and XORd with FFFF.
