Hi Expert,

Customer are using the TI’s DSP(F28379D) and XDS110 JTAG device to programming our firmware HEX file.

Most of those PCBA is programmed well done.

 

But, we had one PCBA get some errors, the error codes as below images.

Customer had tried many times, it got those error codes respectively.

Do you have any ideas or experience and how to solve them?

    Hi,

    The XDS110 has an input pin that detects whether 3.3 V has been applied. You will see those first two errors if 3.3V is not detected. 

    The device register fail can be caused by many different things, the screenshot that you shared does a good job at explaining some possible causes.
