TMS320F28021: TZ PIN Issue

The customer feedback that 27 PIN TZ is pulled down, and occasionally 3.3V power supply short circuit will occur. Please help to check whether there is any problem with the schematic.

The schematic is in a format that is extremely difficult to analyze. Besides, there is very little information in your post about the problem in order for us to give any meaningful debug tips. Regret we are unable to help.
