TMS320F28P650DK: Dual Core LED example

Dear Champion, 

I am testing on the control card for F28P65.

For the dual core F28P65 LED blinky example with sysconfig, 

if you active on Flash and also switch SW node to 1/1 for booting from flash.

After reset the CPU, it can't boot well from flash.

It needs to modify sysConfig to select CPU boot mode from Flash Bank 0 to Bank 3 to work well.

Can you check with that? I didn't modify anything from example code.

The default setting should be Bank3 rather than Bank0, right?
