Part Number: TMS320F280034-Q1

Hello,

I need for Core supply (internal voltage regulator's) data like, efficiency, transient load response, phase and gain margin, and start up time, which can not find in the datasheet of TMS320F280034-Q1.

Can you please provide?

    Hello Emre Can,

    We do not have this data available, except for the startup time. It would require us to do characterization, and we will not be able to do that.

    We give the inrush current here, I would say typical VREG current during operation is ~100-200 mA
