CCSv5 can't conncect to Concerto

Hi champs,

when I try to debug Concerto with CCSv5 follow F28M35x-FRM-EX-UG.pdf, but I can't connect to the target all the time. And below is the Erro info displayed. Anybody can give me some suggestion where it is. thanks!

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 5.0.470.0)

I get similar errors when the device is not powered up. The USB emulator cable doesn't provide power If you are using the control card that doesn't ship with the docking station. If that is the case you need to connect J2 on the board to another USB outlet on your computer using the micro USB cable.

The problem is fixed with power up the board with micro USB cable, thanks!

Hi Noah,

When I debug Concerto, there is another issue that can't run Control subsystem correctly. Master system can run normally and I can modify it correctly. When debug control system, it always display:"no source available for 0xxxxxxxx" showed in this attached file. when I step into, it alway halt in InitSysCtrl();

is this firmware issue or aomething wrong with the hardware. thanks!
