TMS320F2800157: Motor is not running smooth and speed oscillation is more

Working on custom board development and motor is running successfully in custom board .

1)Facing issues in motor running .its oscillates too much .which are the parameters need to consider to reduce oscillation ?

2)Its taking high current and some times initially running in reverse direction after few second started running in forward direction .How to avoid such issues ?

3)is there any way to control motor torque and which are the calibration parameter is required to change motor torque.

4)if motor parameters are updated and make motor_identifications = true, no need to identified again but still expression windows not showing the updated value from user_mtr.h  .

every time need to enter the motor parameter values in expression window.which is not updated directly from user_mtr.h

    What example project in the MotorControl SDK are you referring to?

    Could you provide more details? What type is your motor and are you running the motor in sensorless FOC? What speed estimation method you are using?

    A:Used Motor Control SDK is "C2000Ware_Motor Control_SDK_5_01_00_00"  Taken reference from F280025C and adapted to F2800157 .All the changes validated in Drv8353 . Finally, moved the code to custom board.

    Q:Could you provide more details? What type is your motor and are you running the motor in
    sensorless FOC? What speed estimation method you are using?

    A: Actually its a Mid-drive motor .When running through sensorless it is fine but right now run through sensored one(HALL Feedback) facing issue in motor oscillation and starting face.May be i will share motor spec through a private message.

    What solution you are referring to? Is that universal motor lab? Good to know that you have validated with DRV8353.
