The examples available for the CC2340R5 offer the proper "building blocks" to implement OAD feature for F28379D MCU firmware update, however, there is no example already implementing it. (Note: "OAD examples" on the CC2340R5 are meant to enable firmware update of the CC2340R5).

In order to move forward, you could consider leveraging the UART over BLE example: https://github.com/TexasInstruments/ble_examples/tree/simplelink_low_power_f3_sdk-7.40/examples/rtos/LP_EM_CC2340R5/ble5stack/data_stream_UART_over_BLE
This example will allow to receive the F28379D image over Bluetooth LE and transmit it over UART to other devices (e.g. the F28379D). Additional considerations (such as image integrity check, entering F28379D bootloader, etc.) will have to be taken to actually implement OAD for F28379D.
