Hi expert,

Customer has been using C2000-GANG and recently got the tool failed. We wonder could this tool be fixed from TI side or the only way is to buy another one?

Customer will need to work with the manufacturer Elprotronic f they want to attempt a repair. If they bought from TI store, and they know that there was not any damage to the tool they can look here https://www.ti.com/support-quality/additional-information/customer-returns.html?keyMatch=CUSTOMER%20RETURNS to see if it falls under one of our return categories for refund or replacement.
