I am using CCS, version 11, processor c2000, version 2837 

  Before I started working on the disconnected PC, I installed the CCS on a PC connected to the web. I downloaded the samples and wrote a program that runs on the processor. 

In the transition to the offline PC, I installed the CCS program, but I cannot run the code.   I am prompted to download the samples, which I cannot do since it is an offline PC.

How can I install the missing data on the offline PC?

    Can you please clarify what you mean by "download samples"? Is CCS asking you to install something that's missing like C2000Ware? Can you show me what steps you took when installing CCS on your computer before disconnecting it?
