Thank you for your response. We have done the same as you said but there is no luck, the oldest version we found is 5.1.6. 

We need the version TI-CGT-C2000 version 5.0.2 because the software is based on the 3rd party development from long time ago. I'd really appreciate if you have the link to download that complier.

What will be the problem with using v6.0 which is the oldest documented compiler for the project? Why do you need v5.02? You should be able to use any compiler version to build the project and run it. Many customers will do just that.

Hi Ryan Ma, after trying with the newer version of compiler, I can not generate the .mhx file that is compatible with my hardware. As I said before, we are using the tool developed by a 3rd party company from 10 years ago, for that reason, we need exactly the version 5.0.2 to compile their program. Could you please provide me that version ?

Due to licensing, can you provide a .map file or some way to confirm that you originally had the TI CGT C2000 version 5.0.2? I will be able to provide that once this is confirmed.
