Currently we are using 'IRLR110TRPBF' from Vishay, now we are looking for FFF Alternate.
Can you please suggest an alternate with similar or better specification ASAP.

I do not believe TI offers a FET in the TO-252-3 package. We do have a number of LDOs though.

Here is a digikey FET search looking for 100V N-type FETs in the TO 252-3 package.
