TMS320F280025C: About VREFHI and VREFLO pin connections

Hello.

I'm thinking of doing the ADC in internal reference mode in the device.
I don't think the VREFHI and VREFLO pins are necessary because they are used as references in external reference mode, but how should I connect these two pins in this case?
