Now customer need ECT(Endurance Cycling Test) and DR(Data Retention) certification documents, the standard is JESD22-A117. Can we have such files?
More explanation:
ECT evaluates the durable performance of non-volatile Memory devices after multiple reads and writes.
DR is to evaluate the charge loss of the storage node of the non-volatile Memory device
