Hello expert,

TPS65313-Q1 is use to power F28P659-Q1 in new project and also is used to power F28386-Q1 in old project.

While in F28386, there is no slew rate requirement to be 2mv/us for 1.2VDD. But for F28P659 there is a requirement on it. TPS65313-Q can not meet this requirement and it just achieve 1.9mv/us.

Are there some risks?

    Wenting,

              I looked through the TPS65313 datasheet and couldn’t locate the 1.9mv/us number that you quoted in your post. Regardless, TPS65313 supports a slightly faster ramp rate. The capacitors present at the output  will reduce this ramp rate, so that it will be in conformance with the 28P65 requirement, so there should be no issue.
