TMS320F28388D: Is ERRORSTS always generated on NMI?

From the F28388D documentation, we figured out that always if an NMI on the TMS320F2838x is raised, the ERRORSTS line will be triggered. Is that correct, or is there any possibility to inhibit this reaction?
