Hi,
is it allowed that VDDIO and/or VDDA is up and VDD is down? Couldn't find anything in the d/s.

    Hi Holger,

    This is covered in Power Supply Sequencing section in DS.  Please see the diagrams.  Datasheet also indicates that the delay between VDDIO to VDD does not have restrictions (see Power Management Module Operating Conditions table, last row).  This condition is allowed (VDDIO up/VDD down), however device will be in an unknown/inoperable mode since VDD (Core power) is not present.
