TMS320F28035-Q1: Codes change => Flash content change => impact ADC sampling result?

Part Number: TMS320F28035-Q1

Hi BU experts,

I am asking this for my customer.

Background: they did firmware update on field products. After updating, they found that the sampled current values not right. Furtherly, they found it is caused by a wrong offset value for the channel (or we can at least to say it is changed). This offset value is sampled and stored when power up and they use following codes to do so:

Obviously in the above codes, they are not aware of the errata issue:

But they still want to check with us why a tiny codes change (Flash contents change) will impact the ADC sampling result. Do you ever hear this kind of issues before or from chip analysis if it possible to have this phenomenon?

Regards,

Will
