TMS320F28377D: Can we easily trigger SCCRESET?

Dear experts,

Since all reset types will re-initialize RAM except SCCRESET in the 28377D, is there an easy way to trigger this reset?

For example, when triggering WDRS, we can simply set the following registers to initiate it.

Does SCCRESET have a similar method for easily triggering this reset type?

The easiest way to trigger this reset would be to enable some high frequency interrupt such as a CPU timer with a very short period and calling one of the Secure ROM functions.

Hi Luke,

Thanks for your information. I found an example code that demonstrates the SCCRESET: ..\device_support\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\dcsm_scc_reset\cpu01.

After following its settings, the SCCRESET can be triggered to reset.
