In the datasheet, TYP values are given for
VXRSn-Pu-DERAY, VXRSn-PD-DERAY and VDDIO-MON-TOT-DERAY.

What is the MIN and MAX of these values?

Ito,

We cannot guarantee min/max values for these times. If a system depends on these timings, the customer will need to characterize.
