TMS320F280025: power down issue during the flash erase and program process

Part Number: TMS320F280025

Customer reported an urgent issue that when they implemented the power on/off tests for a long time, they found F280025 could not work any more. And only when re-download the firmware in the flash, it can recover.

They checked the flash contents of the failed devices and the normal ones, the 0x80000 address content was modified in the failed parts.

They mentioned they will program some status data into the flash if detecting the PSU is going to power down. Thus, it did exist the condition that during their flash erase and program process, F280025 was powered down abruptly.

However, the flash address range they handled before the power down is from 0x87000 to 0x87120. Why was the data for 0x80000 affected?

Could you please help check the possible reasons?
