EPWM Synchronization

Hello

I am using F28335 MCU. I havebuilt a simulink model and I am directly interfacing this model to the MCU using CCS. I observed that there is a phase shift between two epwm modules. What changes do I need to make in the software ( Simulink) so as to synchronize both the epwm modules.
