dear sir/mam,
i am not able to setup the CAN communication between 2 F28379D launchpads by connecting CAN H and CAN L together i tried to debug the issue on the transmitting end by testing it with external CAN hardware but i am not able to receive the information , but the message can be seen on the oscilloscope
Entire code is implemented via simulink matlab 
the code is shown in the above image
any suggestion for the modification in the code is highly appreciated
