TMS320F280036C-Q1: Program download does not work

Part Number: TMS320F280036C-Q1

I am using xds200i and 280036c.

The test connection between the emulator and MCU is said to be successful, but the program is not downloaded.

I wonder what the reason is.

I am using an internal regulator for VDD. Will this be a problem?
Or am I using an internal oscillator and would this be a problem?

    Both of these items should not cause issue. Are you downloading the code in flash or RAM ? What is the error msg you are getting ?
