Hi Team,
Currently working on F2800157-based customised MCU with Drv8353 chip. The circuit used here is the same as the circuit used
in the Drv8353 EVM board. when trying to run the motor with motor identification sometimes the motor running and sometimes not running.
Motor identification values are incorrect because the same motor with the Drv8353 EVM Launchpad board combination got the correct values when checked.
and the motor was running smoothly with the Drv8353 EVM Launchpad.
In Customised Drv8353 motor running is not consistent, and that is happening only in Build_Level_2.
The motor is not even running in Build_Level_3 and Build_Level_4 always getting module over current error.
Setting parameters like the below(Attached screenshot).
Issues :
1)I_A & V_V current and voltage sampling values are not zero always sometimes reach more than zero I=6.5A and V=equal to Bus voltage.
2)objUser->motor_Rs_Ohm estimation wrong in Build_Level_2 in customised board only.
3)if newly introduced motor spec and disable the motor_bypass_identfier flag as True. Newly introduced spec not reflecting in expression window. Every time feed the values in the expression window
4)Build_Level_1 Phase voltage and Phase current oscillate sometimes.
