TMDSCNCD28388D: Warranty repair request

The power LED on the board does not light up when power is applied and is not visible with the JTAG.

Can you please provide an image of the connections made while attempting to power the device?

Please note that this is an isolated design with several power domains.

thanks for the photos, it does appear that D5, the power good LED, is not illuminated.  Have you previously connected to, or used this controlCARD?

Do you mind verifying the voltages at TP7,TP8,TP9 with respect to TP10 or other device ground? Ground pins on the docking station may be utilized as the grounds of both boards should be joined.

Please note that the emulator's USB cable is not connected, so you would be unable to connect and program even if the device has power correctly applied.

No, we have not connected it to a different site. It has only been connected to the one in the photo.
Voltages are 0.
The integrated in the photo (I think it's U15) is burnt.
