Is it possible to develop MCAL layer on own for TI controllers and I need Digital I/O, ADC driver examples code which is implemented according to the AUTOSAR specification.

We don't have any MCALs supported on F28002x devices but yes you can develop MCAL layer on your own. 

We have an Early Adopter release for F28003x device which has Digital I/O (Dio) driver along with MCU, PORT, GPT and CAN MCALs but doesn't include ADC driver. Do note that it is an Early Adopter release so it might not be feature complete. This can be obtained from - TI Software Approval - TI.com

I got the EB Tresos tool approved. Why we should particularly use MCAL layer , if we have our own driver code Can we develop Application layer software components for that

Actually we need to develop for AUTOSAR standard but they are asking to develop application software for existing driver code.
Can you explain why we can't use non autosar driver code to develop AutoSAR application software. And on what basis we need to select Autosar Classic or Autosar Adaptive

And is there any chance we can give customer the choice as if they can select AutoSAR or Non AutoSAR standard
