TMS320F280033: Power up Timing not align with DS

Could you please help to check the power on timing below, it seems that the crystal start too late:

3.3V and Crystal

3.3V and POR

crystal and reset

This power analysis is not done using power measurement library.

Power measurement library needs following requirements:

1. Data to be in digital and not analog form (We can use ADC for this)

2. This library typically used for grid power analysis- so typically for AC waveforms analysis.
