TMS320F28386S: Is USB booting possible with a 25MHz oscillator?

Hi All,

I just booted the USB boot loader with emulation boot of F28386S,
The PC shows "unknown device" and not boot.

Currently I am using a 25MHz oscillator.

I saw an article on TI's forum that the USB bootloader only works with a 20MHz oscillator.

Is this still the case?
If so, is there any way around this?
